Purchasing and Sales Administrator

Opportunity to join a highly successful B2B distributor based near Bradford, this is a very broad and varied role, providing support to the various teams across the business.

Key responsibilities for this role;

  • Purchasing administrator duties
  • Updating supply ETAs in Sage
  • Liaising with suppliers, ensuring that accurate information is available for the sales team
  • Sales admin support duties; processing UK and export orders
  • Producing and sending quotes to export customers
  • Raising courier collections, returns, and credits
  • Dealing with supplier and customer queries

To be successful in your application for this role it is beneficial to have;

  • Strong administration background, with the ability to manage and manipulate data
  • Ideally experience from a Sales or B2B industry
  • Sage and Excel experience essential
  • Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
