We are partnering this FTSE 350 company in their search for a Group FP & A manager to join this high-performing team. This is an exciting high-visibility role specialising in cashflow management and improving working capital for the group, and would be great for someone who enjoys driving changes, presenting to senior stakeholders and working in a collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Division Head of FP & A, you will lead all activities relating to Group working capital and cash management. One of your core focus in this role will be to continually drive improvements to cash forecast accuracy, and to deliver initiatives that would improve overall working capital for the Group. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business including Divisional Finance teams, Billing and Procurement teams in reviewing and challenging cash forecasts for each business unit, and in providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis. You will play a supportive role to help implement practical solutions and suggest ideas to dramatically improve existing (cash) forecasting processes. As the cashflow lead at corporate level, you will be a trusted point of contact for consolidating relevant information from each division and presenting credible solutions to the CFO and other senior finance leaders.

The ideal candidate must be / have:-

  • Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Good technical accounting knowledge / foundations, and solid experience with cash and working capital
  • Good experience driving forecasting and reporting processes, and recent track record with process optimisation / making improvements to existing processes
  • Proven ability to work well in a large, matrix organization
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills
