Customer Service Assistant (Hybrid / Remote working)

Morgan McKinley's Sussex team is looking for Customer Service Assistant to work on a temporary basis until the end of January 2022. The Customer Service temp role is based in Uckfield, East Sussex, working for a well established business.
Location: Uckfield, East Sussex - hybrid and remote working options available
Pay Rate: £9-9.70 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri
Duties will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service internally and externally.
- Handling a high number of inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to queries in a timely manner
- Loading and closing cases, escalating complex cases
- Booking telephone and face to face appointments, rescheduling appointments when necessary and ensuring all the required documentation is loaded onto the system ahead of the scheduled appointment.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a confident and professional phone manner
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably have used databases
- Exceptional attention to detail
