Job Title: Customer & Market Insights Specialist
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: WFH / Maidenhead
The Customer and Market Insights Specialist is responsible for shaping and delivering a programme of data analysis and insights to track customer and market performance, and support business decision making and activities. The role is critical in helping to bring all areas of the business closer to the customer, and the role holder will be expected to be the voice and conscience of the customer, using insights to recommend what is right for the customer, not what is easy.
Ensuring that the customer is understood and listened to is essential. The role holder will need to immerse themselves in understanding the customer from multiple perspectives using a variety of data sources and recommending new ones as required. They will be expected to have a rounded view of the companies customers including for example their needs, wants and drivers of satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
Developing effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, combined with strong communication, planning and implementation skills will ensure that these insights are successfully communicated and understood by the key business teams.
