My Background

Having worked in pure play RPO as well as the RPO/MSP brands of staffing organisations, Paula has enjoyed supporting inspirational TA Leaders, HR Directors and Chief People Officers to achieve their talent acquisition strategy. She has spoken at RPO and Total Talent industry events in London, Dublin, Singapore and Amsterdam and regularly runs roundtable discussions with TA and HR Leaders to discuss topics such as Quality of Hire, Executive Search and Strategic Workforce Planning.
