They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary / HR Support professional to provide executive-level administrative support to the C-Suite and operational assistance to the HR team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Executive Support (C-Suite):

    • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for C-suite executives.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for leadership meetings.
    • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, and itineraries.
    • Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

    HR Support / Talent Coordination:

    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
    • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS updates with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support HR initiatives including performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and training coordination.
    • Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.
    • Ensure HR and admin processes are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

    About the successful candidate:

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrative in financial services industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
