As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors.



    Role Overview

    As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in representing the company's values through exceptional front-of-house service. This role requires someone who is articulate, well-presented, and capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, C-level executives, and high-value clients.



    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth

    • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, handling inquiries, and managing appointments

    • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and reflects the company's professional image

    • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings as needed

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

    • Provide administrative support to internal teams when required

    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed



    Requirements

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or client-facing role within a corporate environment

    • Prior experience in the financial services, legal, or professional services industry is strongly preferred

    • Proven ability to interact with senior executives, high-profile clients, and stakeholders with confidence and discretion

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Professional demeanor and appearance

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with using office management tools and phone systems
