Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of business plans with internal and external partners, including financial institutions, key account partners, and in some instances, regulatory bodies and government agencies.

Collaborate with technical and development teams to define integration requirements for new projects and solutions.

Structure partner incentives to accelerate product rollouts, drive merchant acquisition, and boost transaction volumes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage partner relationships, oversee project execution, enhance delivery platforms, and ensure full compliance with all relevant risk and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with growth teams to achieve high performance and foster innovation in developing solutions and campaigns for our partners.

Analyze local market dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to formulate effective business strategies and execute in-country activities aligned with partner needs and management directives.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer behavior. Conduct regular pulse checks with business partners to understand evolving market conditions.
