Private Household Personal Assistant / Family PA
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Household Personal Assistant / Family PA to support the smooth day-to-day running of a private household and the family's personal affairs.
This is a highly trusted position suited to a polished and proactive professional with significant experience supporting UHNW families in a private household environment.
You will act as a central point of coordination between the family, household staff, vendors and external service providers. While household staff will not report directly to you, you will coordinate schedules, communicate the family's requirements and follow up to ensure everything is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a varied and hands-on role requiring exceptional discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily schedules and activities of household staff, including drivers, chefs and domestic helpers.
- Communicate the family's requirements and follow up with household staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the expected standard.
- Manage household schedules, appointments, deliveries, vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, servicing and other household requirements.
- Manage household inventories and coordinate the procurement and replenishment of supplies.
- Coordinate matters relating to the children, including school schedules, administration, activities, supplies and transportation.
- Organise family activities, appointments, travel and personal arrangements.
- Plan and coordinate private events, family gatherings and special occasions.
- Manage personal errands, purchases, reservations and other ad-hoc requests.
- Build strong relationships with household staff and external service providers.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion across all family, household and personal matters.
- Provide broader personal and household support as required.
About You
- Hands-on experience supporting UHNW families within a private household environment is essential.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with family members, household staff and external parties.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Strong experience coordinating household staff, vendors and multiple household requirements.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate the family's needs and take initiative.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding and highly private environment.
