Job Duties:
- Provide friendly, efficient frontline service at the student services counter and hotline and respond to enquiries from students, alumni and staff.
- Manage and respond to enquiries
- Process student pass cancellations and review part-time work approval forms ensuring all required documents are submitted for processing.
- Prepare and mail official academic documents
- Support the processing of student financial aid applications and student insurance matters.
- Assist in the verification of documents and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Perform data entry with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in staff welfare initiatives and events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Meticulous, organised, and service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Prior customer service, administrative, or student services experience will be an advantage.
