Job Description

Our client is in the insurance space with a reputable present across multiple countries. Currently they are looking to bring in a new talent to join their young and dynamic team as a Sales Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the different teams to set targets by region and territory to drive performance
  • Design, create and maintain reporting that tracks and recognises actual team and individual performance, including assessing and comparing the success of specific campaigns through ROI assessments.
  • Design, create and maintain a reporting suite (e.g. dashboards and scorecards) with the purpose of reporting on key performance indicators relating to handset sales, attachment/take rate, renewal rates and churn. This includes both standardized and customized reports by carriers/programs. In addition you will also provide actionable recommendations based on KPIs and industrial norms.
  • Prepare presentations for management review meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales and performance records, including marketing campaign effectiveness, interpret results of overall sales & churn analysis to look for opportunities to drive growth and reduce leakage.
  • Objectively evaluate subscriber behaviour, data and processes with a focus on observing trends, outliers and anomalies, identifying areas of opportunities, developing recommendations and driving this change throughout the organisation.
  • Research and evaluate market behaviour, conducting root cause analysis to understand variances and when necessary working in a cross functional environment to quickly resolve issues.
  • Own the monthly forecast and annual budget processes for the sales metrics by working with the other Finance teams.
  • Assist in presenting reports and key results to internal stakeholders to help drive business outcomes. Occasional presentation to external business partners may be required.
  • Act as a liaison to other departments on cross functional initiatives developing common points of view on emerging trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Undertake general duties such as reporting, planning and forecasting including assisting in providing variance analysis and insight.
  • Participate and support AOP process and 5-year strategic plan in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and analysis including new business, sales opportunities and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance.
  • 4 - 6 years' experience in a similar role, with approximately 8+ years total relevant work experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel/MS Office/ SQL/Power BI.
  • Experience in building and maintaining business models.
  • Experience in a business partnership role.
  • Great communication skills.
