Job Description

This role supports in Programme Management planning in the Healthcare sector. The incumbent will be responsible for IT service delivery and governance.

This is a Programme Management Office manager role to perform Monthly project health monitoring (replacement due to new staff resignation). The Individual should possess the following experiences:

  • Governance experience in IT Service Delivery environment

  • Ability to develop and establish Standards and Best Practices

  • Strong stakeholder skills in addition to technical skills for IT project governance

  • Demonstrate ability to manage change for our IT transformation programme

Role (Projects Performance Management):

  • Support Balance Scorecard Goals via portfolio and project performance measurement & report and analysis

  • Manage regular reporting and monitoring activities in the Program Management Office

  • Performance reporting and Balance Scorecard KPIs analyses such as on-time delivery, project performance metrics

  • Improve operational efficiency with common dashboard for reporting accuracy and visibility of project actualization and implementation status

  • Build central view of Resource by Skill, Roles, Department for resource planning, forecast and utilization trends

Standards, Methodologies & Processes

  • Initiate & implement process improvements to aid demand and delivery fulfillment, marksmanship & performance dashboard

  • Coach junior team members to improve team productivity and operational excellence

  • Align Project Management Process & Tools Training to IHIS Academy Curriculum and provide training and guidance related to project reporting and monitoring to Project Managers

  • Develop Basic Certification from Competency Training Completion

  • Establish and implement standards and guidelines on project management practices, costing etc.; Streamline for operational efficiency within PMO

  • Support PMO initiatives like internal process audits, roadshow etc.

  • Programme management experience, preferably in managing programmes in a large sized organization operating in a highly complex environment


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Power Query, MS SharePoint Workflow Automation, familiar with ServiceNow and SAP-PS with some exposure to related scripting

  • Ability to analyze large datasets, experience with data models and develop reporting/visualization through Business Intelligent tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc

  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills with a go-getter attitude

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on programme activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project

  • Experience with project management methodology and knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Degree holder with 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder with more than 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 6 - 8 years' experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
