Job Description

Here is a great opportunity to join our client, a global professional services company, as a Payroll Manager in providing value-added services and solutions to their clients.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow the Payroll Services team

  • Lead the overall operational effectiveness of the payroll services

  • Manage and grow a team of effective professionals to serve clients' needs

  • Provide advisory to clients on payroll matters, including regulatory requirements, payroll process controls, etc.

  • Manage deliverables and timelines

  • Provide support in securing new Accounts

Requirements :

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline or relevant professional qualifications

  • Min. 7 years of payroll experience and currently in a managerial capacity

  • Preferably from an outsourced services or shared services environment, but not compulsory

  • Team management experience

  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices

  • Sound knowledge of Singapore CPF and labour laws are essential

  • A high degree of professionalism, the ability to communicate with various levels of management, integrity

  • as well as decision-making skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential traits to be successful in this role
