Job Description

We are currently partnering a client in the technology sector in a search for a HR Business Partner with 5 or more years of business partnering/HR management experience to join the team.

Candidate needs to have strong communication skills in English and Chinese (will have to engage with China based staff and other stakeholders in Chinese). This is a generalist role focused on delivering HR support and expertise to the stakeholders. Knowledge and experience in managing HR operations across employee lifecycle is required : talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, payroll, development, employee relations etc and be familiar with employment regulations in Singapore.

The Role :

* Manage HR across Employee Life Cycle

* Engagement with business stakeholders, managers/directors to identify and understand people issues to provide HR input and deliver solutions

* Point of HR contact, provide advice and latest update on labour legislation, policies and procedures

* Smooth resolution on HR matters to mitigate risk, including disciplinary and grievance matters, enhancing
communication, engagement and performance

* Maintain knowledge of employment laws, industry trends and practices

* Develop and implement the TA strategies & materials to strengthen the Company's employer branding

* Perform the end-to-end process of recruitment from sourcing to hiring

* Create and maintain a talent pool

* Develop and implement a consistent recruitment & selection process

* Any other reasonable request/assignment from Management

* Backup monthly payroll process

The Candidate :

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

* 5 or more years' experience in related field of HRBP and TA

* Good understanding of a full spectrum of Talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives

* Good knowledge of local employment regulations and legislation

* Strong capability in recruitment

* Experience in partnering with the business to understand and complete recruitment needs
