We are looking for an Digital Programme Manager on a 12 months direct client contract basis. This role will be converted to a permanent headcount next year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist to drive sales enablement, customer success and lead Programmes with a strategic mindset. The role will be a mixture of hands-on Programme management (client and internal stakeholder liaison, managing complex projects across multiple executions with many moving parts) and team management (ensuring that client service is world class and the assets developed are top quality).

Roles & Responsibilities:

It includes the following elements:

Pre-sale:

Working alongside the sales team pre-sale to support with a deeper dive into campaign deliverables, including:

o Advice on Programme differentiators

o Developing campaign plans (milestones, timelines)

o Developing scope of work documents

Post-sale:

The primary leader of the campaign with overall responsibility for its development and performance, including:

o Primary client liaison - manage senior-level client conversations

o Coordination of local market deliverables, working with local and international delivery teams.

o Collaboration with internal divisions (editorial, research, analytics etc)

o Ownership of timelines, milestones, and delivery

o Internal updates (to sales, to leadership etc)

o Maintain program budget

Experience and Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in client management, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex campaigns with many moving parts.

Client Management: The program manager mission is to deliver excellent client service. As the main point of contact for the client the candidate must be comfortable leading conference calls and interfacing daily with clients. Experience working with clients in an online, publishing or agency environment as well as understanding of worldwide cultures is desired.

Program Management skills and experience: Ability to juggle multiple programs and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Candidate must be highly organized and must be an extremely effective communicator.

Stakeholder experience: Proven management track record valuable. Ability to engage proactively and productively. Capable of identifying potential issues and course correcting effectively. Comfortable with tracking and managing performance.

Other: An interest in technology. Experience of tech marketing and digital marketing are preferable. A minimum of 2 years with the Program Management environment.
