Job Description

Our client is a well-established luxury retail company and they are seeking an Assistant Manager (Employee Experience) to join their HR team.

If you are motivated, enjoys building relationships, creative and has strong organizational skills, we would like to speak with you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a culture and environment of trust
  • Develop and implement plans and initiatives to drive employee experience
  • Responsible for employee engagement including measurement and assessment
  • Communicate engagement results
  • Manage employees' voice and grievances
  • Drive internal communications
  • Impact employer brand, people practices and policies
  • Employee well-being, mental well-being


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or similar field
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Ability to project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self motivator and self starter
  • Ability to work independently
  • Creative and highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
