    About the job

    A global fintech leader is seeking a Korean-speaking Sales Specialist to drive new business development across Japan's financial sector. In this high-impact role, you will introduce trusted SaaS-based data management and investor relations solutions to financial institutions and corporates. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional with a consultative approach and a passion for working with C-level executives in fast-paced deal environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives across financial institutions and corporations
    • Generate new business through strategic prospecting and outreach initiatives
    • Lead consultative sales conversations to align client needs with digital solutions
    • Own the sales process from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and report results
    • Meet or exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to team goals

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial software or enterprise SaaS
    • Track record of success in selling to financial institutions or regulated industries
    Technical & Sales Skills:
    • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
    Soft Skills:
    • Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic sales environments
    • Confidence working with C-level executives and investor relations teams

    Language Requirements

    • Korean: Native
    • Japanese: Business to intermediate proficiency

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience using CRM platforms to track leads and sales funnel activity
    • Knowledge of capital markets, asset management, or fintech services is a plus
