A leading global online travel platform is seeking an experienced professional to manage airline product operations in Japan. This role is critical to ensuring smooth partnerships with airlines, accurate product updates, and seamless system integration. You'll collaborate across regional and global teams, directly impacting customer experience and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with airline partners to collect and update schedules, fares, and policies
- Work closely with product, content, and tech teams to implement system changes
- Monitor and escalate system bugs or integration gaps impacting customers
- Support campaign setup, testing, and system readiness during peak seasons
- Analyze partner performance data and recommend process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in travel, airline, hospitality operations, or OTA product support
- Native-level Chinese and business-level Japanese (English a plus)
- Strong Excel skills; SQL or Python a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across regions

- Prior experience in airline product management or OTA operations
