Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, building trusted and long-term relationships
- Conduct regular performance and business reviews to optimise clients' corporate travel programmes
- Analyse travel and expense data to prepare insights and recommendations for client review meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues efficiently
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and present value-added services
- Leverage client feedback and data insights to refine account strategies and align with client objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or sales
- Industry experience in corporate travel, BTM/TMC, tech/SaaS, hospitality, airlines, or consulting preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and engage with senior decision-makers
- Strong experience using data and insights to support client recommendations
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Client-focused, results-driven mindset
- Ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level or Fluent
- English: Business level
