Extensive coordination and scheduling of regional and global meetings, conference calls, meeting material presentation and distribution
Manage calendars and scheduling requirements for designated client group and related logistics including booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, and catering
manage business travel arrangements, including logistics arrangements and liaising with external clients
Manage monthly expense reort and submission of claims
Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder
At least 2 years of administrative work experience in financial services or professional services industry
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proactive team player with a can do attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
Organised and detail-oriented
