Overview
We are seeking multiple diligent and dynamic Senior Technology Business Analysts to join an existing Business Analysis function on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how business needs are translated into effective technology solutions across a diverse and evolving organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas, supporting both project and product delivery teams. The Business Analysis function is central to identifying organisational needs and ensuring they are delivered through practical, high-quality technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage across a broad service catalogue including requirements elicitation, user experience design, and change adoption
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful delivery
- Identify gaps in service delivery and drive improvements
- Lead, coach, and mentor Business Analysts within project, programme, and product teams
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring effective resolution
- Support resource planning, recruitment, and development of Business Analysis capability
Key Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in Technology Business Analysis roles
- Strong track record of delivering within project, programme, or product environments
- Experience with systems implementation and optimisation initiatives
- Proven ability in continuous service improvement, including business process mapping and modelling
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Visio
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead, influence, and support teams in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA)
- Experience working within complex or multi-business environments
- Exposure to user experience (UX) design and change management practices
