Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, to support the company's business objectives and talent management goals.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee the design and administration of incentive programs, performance-based pay, and equity compensation plans.
- Lead annual salary review processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to address total rewards issues and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in total rewards processes and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Required skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and managing global total rewards programs in a large, multinational organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decisions
Preferred skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) is a plus.
