Join a global real estate investment leader as a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Japan market. In this strategic position, you will lead and coach a high-performing TA team, manage recruitment operations, and drive executive-level hiring. You'll play a key role in aligning talent strategies with business goals while working directly with senior stakeholders across Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver top talent.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Japan People Director and business leaders.
- Optimize sourcing channels, recruitment processes, and quality standards to meet hiring needs.
- Oversee TA operations including agency relationships, referrals, and compliance.
- Act as the subject matter expert for end-to-end and executive hiring.
- Guide and train hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Analyze hiring metrics and lead TA projects that support business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven success in recruitment leadership roles within fast-paced, global companies.
- Strong track record managing stakeholder relationships and coaching TA teams.
Technical Skills:
