Huge Global Restaurant Chain Company is looking for a Technical Cloud Operation Manager
Roles/Responsibilities
- Leading your team, coaching and advising engineers, ensuring responsibility for task management, and helping to keep the quality of the output high.
- Participate in enhancing and shaping the overall Global Technical Services capacity and process implementation and advancement.
- Delivery of applications and cloud operations.
- Solve a variety of technical problems of small to large size and complexity in line.
- Manage Japanese vendors
Required skills
- Experience in Site Reliability, Online Systems or Web Application Support.
- Experience in People Management or Technical Leader.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Experience in MSSQL (Microsoft SQL Server) and T-SQL (Transact-SQL) query language (NoSQL experience is a plus).
- Understanding of PowerShell or Python or equivalent scripting language.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of Network and Telecommunications.
- Knowledge of POS or Retail Operations.
- Experience on Linux.
