Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Oversee recruitment media and agency relationships to optimize talent attraction.
- Plan, organize, and promote recruitment events to engage top candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics, providing insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to employee.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in recruitment tasks, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
