As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle in Japan. From direct sourcing to interviews and offer management, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent aligned with business needs. This role also includes enhancing employer branding, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to recruitment strategies that strengthen the company's global presence in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing, career site content, events, and social platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide insights to improve strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Proven direct sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
