Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate test automation infrastructure and continuous testing environments.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and web applications.
- Execute performance tests, analyze results, and review test code to ensure quality.
- Research and implement AI-driven testing strategies, including automated test generation and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve service quality and QA processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years in software QA/quality control, with 3+ years in test automation development.
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Rest Assured, Cypress, and performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
Soft Skills:

Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to simplify complex technical situations for stakeholders.
Language Requirements:

Japanese: Basic level.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS) or ISTQB certification.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience coaching or mentoring team members.
