This Senior Planning Specialist will contribute to business and sales department performance by planning, introducing, and promoting various assets of the company to individual businesses.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Designing KPIs and managing progress for merchant business, supporting decision-making based on this progress.
- Budget planning and actual performance management for merchant business.
- Planning and managing progress of various initiatives and plans for merchant business, including ROI.
- Operational design and management of business operations for merchant business.
- Efficiency, visualization, and knowledge management of sales activities for merchant business .
- Packaging proposal services for new businesses, including shop owners and partner businesses, process development, and legal requirements clarification.
Required skills
- More than 5 years of practical experience in numerical management and budget management in departments related to sales planning/promotion of business companies (including consulting)
- Proven track record of making proposals based on quantitative data analysis within the business department
- Practical experience using business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Looker Studio, or Tableau in sales support systems
- Basic knowledge of database operation languages such as SQL and BigQuery
Preferred skills
- Practical experience in management accounting or financial accounting
- Work experience in e-commerce companies or businesses
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Pre-sales experience in API-related areas
