• Oversee product management for IT equities platforms and client onboarding solutions.
• Drive the delivery of IT solutions to enhance online brokerage services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and optimized performance.
• Manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Equity Products and Technologies
• Strong expertise in client onboarding and IT system implementation.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex IT projects in a brokerage environment.
• Currently based in Japan with fluent Japanese and English language abilities.
