    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining detailed incident documentation.
    • Manage installations, upgrades, and system configurations to ensure business continuity.
    • Support video conferencing systems across multiple global locations.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to monitor systems, address alerts, and ensure SLA compliance.
    • Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.

    Required Skills and Qualification

    Experience:
    • 5-7 years in IT support roles within enterprise environments.
    • Strong background in Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
    • Proven ability to deliver senior-level support in fast-paced environments.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-first mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Fluent (Professional communication required)

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Flexibility to provide after-hours P1 support as part of an on-call schedule.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure management, configuration, and testing strategies.
    • Experience in financial services IT environments a plus.
