Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting on cloud infrastructure and security strategies, including planning and architecture.
- Conduct client environment assessments, create architecture designs, and support vendor selection.
- Manage projects for cloud implementation and operations, including PMO activities.
- Support the development of digital workplaces using Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- Design zero-trust security solutions using the latest technologies such as SASE, ZTNA, and IDaaS.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teams to drive cross-border projects.
- Lead team management and mentor junior members to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Background in IT consulting, infrastructure/security solutions, or enterprise application development and implementation.
- Over 5 years of experience in project management or consulting.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing client deliverables such as proposals and reports.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native-level (foreign nationals should have JLPT N1 equivalent).
- English: Business-level proficiency is highly welcome.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to logically analyze and solve client challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High adaptability and eagerness to learn and utilize new technologies.
- Leadership skills to guide teams, provide training, and ensure quality control.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications, or advanced certifications in AWS, GCP, or OCI.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Registered Information Security Specialist.
- Experience in project financial management and business development.
- Hands-on experience in global projects or collaboration with overseas teams.
