Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for scalable software delivery
- Maintain and optimize container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve reliability
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems across cloud platforms to ensure uptime
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of DevOps experience in production environments
- 5+ years of scripting experience in Python or Bash
- Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid experience with configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Must currently reside in Japan with valid work authorization
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Basic level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in enterprise settings
- Knowledge of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for monitoring
- Strong problem-solving abilities in agile development environments
