Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for scalable software delivery

Maintain and optimize container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes

Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve reliability

Monitor and troubleshoot systems across cloud platforms to ensure uptime
Required Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of DevOps experience in production environments

5+ years of scripting experience in Python or Bash

Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes

Solid experience with configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Must currently reside in Japan with valid work authorization
Language Requirements

Japanese: Basic level

English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in enterprise settings

Knowledge of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for monitoring
