Seeking a Senior Channel Sales Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS startup
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans with distribution partners to meet revenue targets.
- Manage business operations and sales tactics to support strategic goals.
- Set goals for and support sales partners to drive revenue growth.
- Find and onboard new partners while managing existing ones.
- Propose and execute marketing strategies to boost lead generation and market visibility.
Required skills
- Over 5 years in channel sales or partner management, ideally within IT or SaaS sectors.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, SIers, and VARs.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business operations to achieve targets
Preferred skills
- Proven track record of establishing and scaling partner channels in a start-up
- Understanding of the local partner landscape and its dynamics
- Good English Communication
