Roles/Responsibilities
- Identify and negotiate contract conditions with partner businesses that can solve issues faced by merchants and sellers.
- Support sales through partner businesses, including closing support.
- Formulate and manage budgets and actual performance for your projects and partner business payments.
- Plan and organize proposal services and legal requirements for new businesses involving shop owners and partner businesses.
- Act as a bridge between internal product teams and partner businesses in system connections (API connections), handling front-end tasks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, policy planning, legal, planning, sales, risk management teams, etc.).
Required skills
- Over 5 years of experience in departments related to agency business/sales planning/business development/ecosystem.
- Proven track record of proposals based on quantitative data analysis within business departments.
- Intermediate level or higher in Excel/Spreadsheets (basic functions such as vlookup/if/pivot) and Word.
- Agency sales or partner alliances in EC-related businesses (including web advertising agencies, system vendors, SIs, etc.).
Preferred skills
- Experience in managing small teams.
- Experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Practical experience using business intelligence tools like Salesforce, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of database languages such as BigQuery and SQL.
