Our clients are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to join our consulting practice in Tokyo Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP solutions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within the SAP domain.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP consulting team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business needs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP domain to drive practice growth.
- Develop and present proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of the company's SAP solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap of the SAP practice, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all project deliverables.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP products and solutions, including S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Cloud Platform.

- Proven track record of successfully managing SAP projects from inception to completion.
- Strong client management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
