Key Responsibilities

Support business improvement and DX projects for utility and manufacturing clients

Analyze client processes in energy, procurement, and transportation

Assist in SAP/system implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support

Contribute to designing and documenting process improvements

Collaborate closely with team members and clients to deliver tailored solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

2-5 years of experience in consulting or IT/business process improvement

Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems (MM, PP, SCM a plus)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication skills in Japanese and preferably business-level English

Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
