As a Sales Manager, you will drive overseas travel product growth for Japanese customers by developing strategic partnerships and launching new business initiatives. This role focuses on strengthening international inventory, building long-term partner relationships, and accelerating commercial expansion within the Japan outbound travel market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop outbound travel product growth strategies targeting Japanese travelers.
    • Identify and acquire new overseas business partners to expand travel inventory.
    • Lead commercial negotiations and establish partnership agreements.
    • Support onboarding and rollout of new outbound travel products.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute market expansion initiatives.
    • Analyze demand trends and competitive positioning to optimize portfolio growth.
    • Travel domestically and internationally as needed for partner development.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
    • Experience targeting Japanese customers or operating within the Japan travel market.
    • Proven new business acquisition experience.
    • Outbound travel industry experience preferred.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
    • Commercial mindset with ownership of KPIs and revenue targets.
    • Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native or Fluent level.
    • English: Business level preferred.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in international travel partnerships.
    • Understanding of outbound tourism trends and global destination markets.
