A leading retail chain operator is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Promotion to develop and implement sales strategies, support store operations, and coordinate between stores and headquarters to drive business growth.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for stores and products to achieve sales targets.
- Support the head of the sales department and coordinate tasks between stores.
- Act as a liaison between store operations and headquarters, ensuring effective communication.
- Create operational strategies to improve store efficiency and performance.
- Conduct on-site visits to address issues and propose solutions for store operations.
Required skills
- Over 5-7 years of experience in sales planning and marketing, with a strong background in sales strategy development.
- At least 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills to accurately assess situations and propose improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in Chinese or Korean is preferred.
