A leading retail chain operator is seeking a Deputy Sales Promotion Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, support store operations, and coordinate between stores and headquarters to drive business growth.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct data analysis to propose effective sales strategies and create supporting materials.
- Assist the head of the sales department with various tasks and act as a liaison between stores and headquarters.
- Support planning and formulating sales and marketing strategies for different areas and stores.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales, market trends, and in-house products to inform strategic planning.
Required skills
- Over 3-7 years of experience in sales planning and marketing.
- At least 2-5 years of management experience.
- Strong analytical skills to accurately assess situations and propose improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Japanese; proficiency in Chinese or Korean is preferred.
