Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide automation consultants and engineers across engagements

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years in technology or consulting roles with digital transformation exposure
- 5+ years of hands-on RPA project delivery and implementation leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
- Familiarity with automation governance frameworks and CoE (Center of Excellence) models
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
