Partner with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Create and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and the company career site to strengthen the employer brand.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, review resumes, and proactively source talent.
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS system, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely updates and communication.
Provide hiring managers with the latest insights on recruitment trends and standards.
