Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA operations for BSS software development in the telecom domain

- Communicate QA strategy and updates with internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvement within and across QA teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5+ years in software QA or quality management roles
- 1+ year in a QA Lead or project leadership capacity
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in QA strategy, planning, and scheduling
- Familiar with Agile or BSS development environments
- ISTQB Foundation Level (FL) certification preferred
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities
- Proven track record of driving Kaizen or continuous improvement
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (Business-level required)
- English: Intermediate to Business level
