A global retail leader is seeking a Windows Server Administrator to join its Tokyo IT operations team. In this hybrid bilingual role, you will work closely with both local Japanese stakeholders and global infrastructure teams to ensure server stability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows Servers, including patching, troubleshooting, backups, and updates

Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and uptime

Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and VMware environments

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation

Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices

Document configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure integration and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

3+ years in Windows Server administration or similar systems role

Strong troubleshooting and system maintenance skills

Experience working in a bilingual or international IT environment
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, O365

PowerShell or other scripting skills a plus
