Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies to maintain high-quality software.
- Standardize and improve QA processes, enhancing overall software reliability.
- Identify, document, and escalate issues to stakeholders while ensuring timely resolution.
- Mentor QA Engineers and promote industry best practices across teams.
- Implement advanced QA techniques for continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

7-10 years of QA engineering experience with a solid understanding of testing methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and GitHub workflows.
- Strong background in test case design, execution, and review.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with development teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Intermediate level (JLPT N2 or equivalent).
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of React and Redux frameworks.
- Proficiency in a scripting language.
- Experience supporting requirement preparation for development tasks.
