We are partnered with our client to have a PMO help drive IT transformation in their org.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Liaise between project stakeholders and bridging between business and teams throughout project lifecycles
• Work to minimize risk factors and ensure compliance to best project practices
• Manage meeting minutes and support documentation of project
• Run regular project status meetings with senior management, contributing to project success
• Work with project manager to define deliverables, timelines, and manage cost

Required skills

• 3+ years experience in PMO position in IT projects
• Business fluency in Japanese and English a MUST
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure a plus
