This Haken Senior Salesforce Technical Architect role sits at the heart of a large-scale Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) within a global technology-driven organization. You will lead enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture, guide best-practice implementation across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and drive AI adoption across complex internal platforms. This position offers high visibility, strong technical influence, and the opportunity to shape Salesforce strategy at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Salesforce CoE lead, supporting internal Salesforce implementation and customization projects.
- Define and promote best-practice Salesforce usage across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve complex, enterprise-wide business challenges.
- Support ongoing enhancement and operational improvement of core Salesforce platforms.
- Lead AI-driven Salesforce initiatives, including strategy definition, validation, and enterprise-wide adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years leading Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation projects as a Technical Architect.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and customization experience.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to resolve large-scale enterprise challenges.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational ability with natural technical leadership presence.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently in a complex environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent level.
- English: Basic to conversational level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing Salesforce development or operations teams (5+ members).
- Participation in global Salesforce projects with multinational engineering teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Sales Cloud Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
