Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Prepare detailed service reports and manage documentation in a timely manner
- Support installation procedures including delivery, setup, testing, and operational confirmation
- Respond to customer inquiries, escalate technical issues appropriately, and maintain high service satisfaction
- Monitor equipment performance trends and report product quality concerns
- Manage tools, spare parts, inventory, and service-related administrative tasks
- Support partner technicians and guide end users on correct equipment operation and care
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on technical experience with mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems
- Understanding of cleaning, disinfection, or sterilization processes in medical environments
- Ability to troubleshoot medical equipment and clearly communicate findings
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills for on-site customer support
- Ability to document service activities, prepare estimates, and manage workflows
- Technical aptitude with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Basic to Intermediate
