Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, inspection, and repair of medical and radiation devices.
- Provide technical explanations and guidance to customers regarding maintenance contracts.
- Manage the renewal and proposal of service contracts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Continuously learn new technologies and stay updated on product repair procedures.
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused service to ensure the reliability and safety of medical equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, servicing, or repair of mid- to large-sized medical devices.
- Experience working with radiation medical devices is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level (required for communication with clients and technical documentation).
- English: Basic level (for reading manuals and internal communication).

- Certified Medical Device Technician qualification preferred.
