You'll spearhead high-impact projects, track KPIs, support site transformation, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the site's continuous improvement roadmap aligned with global business goals
    • Manage transformation projects, operational frameworks, and best practice implementation
    • Monitor and report key performance indicators and risk assessments to global leadership
    • Deliver training on Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other structured improvement tools
    • Maintain project pipelines, tracking systems, and governance protocols
    • Contribute to annual operational planning and strategy review sessions
    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and site leadership to drive performance in safety, quality, and productivity

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline, with additional certification in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
    • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or transformation within a manufacturing environment
    • Proven leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning site actions with global strategy
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
    • Deep understanding of production processes, compliance protocols, and plant operations
    • Ability to design and lead training programs in a multicultural workplace
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Fluent
    • English: Basic to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing industries
    • Familiarity with global enterprise systems for quality, compliance, or operational metrics
    • Background in corporate change management or coaching
